Tyler Brady applied the quarterly treatment to my property and asked if I noticed any insects in the house. I told him I have an occasional two or three lady bugs in the kitchen window area. I actually had a couple in the area. At this point in time Tyler proceeded to let me leave a bugs trap on the kitchen window base. He asked if the basement was ok, and I said yes. The spider infestation had gone down to zero. Tyler suggested I place two bug traps, one by the furnace and the other by the sunk pump. We, Tytler and myself went to the basement and placed the bug traps. I was "WOWED" by Tyler's professionalism. He told me what to do and showed me how to do it.
P/S. Tyler was ready with his shoe cover as we came in the house he was getting to put them on as I was going to say, do you have shoe covers? Tyler is deserving of the $5.00 award for excellence and should be paid more.
